Palmetto’s manufacturing division casts prestressed concrete (PSC) piles – built with design loads, installation, and foundation constructability in mind. We coordinate directly with our installation division to ensure that what leaves the bed installs cleanly in the field. While manufacture-only operations might choose to cut material to a minimum, we understand what it takes to transport, install, and build the foundation. We work hard to eliminate pinch points throughout the process, because we understand the cost of avoidable delays. One partner, end to end – fewer handoffs, fewer surprises, tighter schedules.

Quality is verified, not assumed. Our plant follows PCI-aligned casting and quality control procedures. With qualified personnel and independent, third-party auditors inspecting every two weeks during production, you can be sure our plant is following the project design and prescribed quality control measures. An accredited lab performs concrete cylinder strength testing and provides real-time results, with full traceability from concrete mix placement to product shipment – giving engineers and contractors confidence in every pile we deliver.
