The Certified Crane Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient operation of lattice boom and/or hydraulic cranes to support the installation of prestressed concrete piles and ground improvement systems on active job sites. This role works closely with pile driving crews, superintendents, and signal persons to accurately position, lift, and set materials in accordance with approved lift plans, project specifications, and safety requirements.

The operator is accountable for daily equipment inspections, maintaining proper certifications, and executing lifts with a strong focus on safety, productivity, and coordination with field operations. Typical projects include residential, commercial, and industrial work in active construction environments, often requiring adaptability to varying site conditions and schedules.

The ACI Certified Quality Control Technician is responsible for overseeing and documenting quality control activities associated with the production of prestressed concrete piles at the casting facility. This role ensures all materials, batching, casting, curing, and finished products comply with applicable ACI, PCI, project specifications, and Palmetto Pile Driving quality standards.

The technician performs routine testing of concrete and raw materials, maintains accurate QC records and certifications, and coordinates with plant management to identify and resolve quality issues in real time. This position plays a critical role in delivering consistent, specification-compliant piles that support safe and reliable deep foundation and ground improvement installations.

The Project Manager / Estimator is responsible for developing accurate cost estimates and managing the execution of deep foundation and ground improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout. Once awarded, the Project Manager / Estimator coordinates pile design and submittals, production and delivery schedules, installation sequencing, and field operations to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The position serves as the primary point of contact with owners, general contractors, engineers, and internal plant and field teams, with a strong focus on cost control, schedule management, quality compliance, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
